- When vacant your property will be advertised as a “feature property” at no extra cost to yourself
- Ensure that your property is well maintained with regular inspections
- Manage administrative and financial details by handling all financial transactions related to your property, including the payments of bills such as rates, water utilities, body corporate charges and repairs at no extra charge.
